To let everyone know, Nikki is fine; the tests & scans were clean, but we’re double-checking with a neurologist just to be safe. She's never had anything like this happen to her before, so we're not sure what caused it. I do know that she had a LOT of luck on her side: luck that we were sitting at the time, luck that I noticed and was able to lay her down safely, luck that there were experienced people there within seconds, luck that was late in the day and fair & road traffic were light......

Well, since my usual troupe is taking the year off, this has been a rather sober year at Dickens for me. Not to say that I get smashed at fair, but I do enjoy a few mugs of 'Christmas Cheer' (generally) after our shows are finished. But this year it's been rather mellow. I suppose that in some ways that's good, but it's kinda sad that some of my drinkin' buddies aren't here this year.

We watched the new Wallace & Gromit movie last night, "A Matter of Loaf & Death". It was captured from the very recent Australian TV broadcast and shared via the intarweb (233 MB VxiD file). It's not even scheduled to be shown in Britain until Christmas Day!
Anyhoo, it's good, up to snuff with the others, classic W&G. Worth searching for!
