Worry

Why do we worry so much? It doesn't do any good. Worry never fixed anything. But I can't seem to stop it. No matter how impractical it is, I still worry. Do you think James Bond ever worries? I realize he's a fictional character, but just imagine for a moment. Does he worry? What would he worry about? Hmmm. I'll have to think about that. Anyway, I resolve to worry less and play more. I mean what if I took all the time I spent worrying and did something I actually enjoyed doing. Wow. I'd be having a lot more fun and less headaches. Delicious!

here's a short list of things I'm thankful for: hot showers, trees, dogs, people who smile at you, hugs, computers, soft t-shirts, cats, heaters in cars, air conditioning in cars, bubble baths, paint, good smelling lotion, back rubs, foot rubs, the feel of a cold creek on your bare feet in summer, a new haircut, jokes, hot air ballons, seeing falling stars, kissing, laughing children, porches, windchimes, the smell of a barbecue, watching the sunsent (or sunrise), taking a nap now and then, getting an email that makes you smile even before you open it, and the endless possibilities that this life is.
