As the weather here in Portland says goodbye to the last beautiful days of autumn I find myself becoming more inward again, my summer energy is slowing down, and I am again missing the sparkling beaches of New Zealand. I wonder what I am doing here in the rain and what I do I want to accomplish? My business is doing well but needs to move to the next step in its growth process. I know this, and yet I feel unclear about how to get that clear picture. I have ideas, but where to take them?
