The artist Isolina Maureene Cadle has endured revolutions, the cowardice of family, and the betrayals of entire communities to survive and prosper, and find her art like the phoenix rising from the ashes. She has many pieces available, a large mural on display in Alameda, and is planning a full mural in the grand Helliconia Hotel in Costa Rica.

It is very likely that some day she will be celebrated for the status of artist she is, but until that time, she will be one of my favorite secret discoveries.
