ive been here ,
time and time again,
this steady place,
where all can be seen,
drip by drip,
breath by breath,
this compassionate eye,
no begining,
no ending
in the begining
in the ending

i walk with no stance
my face has no past,
no present and no future
i am faceless
beam of light
concentrated in darkness
focused in light
the shine of water,
strength,
no meaning
mountain stone carved
sand strengthend

shutting out all external objects; fixing the gaze of his eyes between his brows;equalizing the outward and inward breaths moving in his nostrils; controling his senses, mind, and understanding;being ever bent on liberation;ridding himself of desire, fear, and anger-such a man of contemplation is indeed always free.
