I'm ever changing and growing just doing what I can to enjoy this life I have. Each person I meet brings a new perspective on life for me, each person I encounter could be another friend I one day can't live without. This community has had a way of bringing to me what I never knew I needed and has allowed me to share a piece of myself in return.
Not that most days aren't good, but today I had one of those good long laughs that made my face hurt and my eyes water. Cheers to that!
It was glorious.
I guess sometimes work isn't all that bad, especially with co-workers like mine. Just thought I'd share :o)

Heathens.
Really - how these Heathens put it all together for us I do not know, but they do quite well. Heaven and Hell along with the cuddle room, skate ramp, whatever you happen to call it, were all adorned with just the right elements to set the mood.
The parade - oh my goodness the pandemonium that became of Newport St... I think we may have actually doubled in size with randoms joining us for the intersection take over. So the dance off turned more into a dance-till-the-crowd-starts...

I got honked at twice today - and I'm so amazed about it that I'm here recounting the situation just for fun.
First, I'm singing in my car (as usual) waiting patiently in line for a pump to open up. When I finally see one I cruise on over and nearly turn off my car before a lady in a wrangler pulls kinda perpendicular to me and proceeds to honk her horn for a good 30 seconds. So I sit there with ...

So, just found out that I got a promotion at work - hell yeah baby! Now I get to start training to grade fancy color diamonds, which is pretty niftey. Not only did I just graduate, now I get this good news at work. I'm stoked. Can't wait to watch a little fire spinning tonight too :o)
Yeah, just wanted to share. You have a very happy Heather on your hands, so if you want some of my happy happy joy joy to rub off just gimmy a call ;)

I blogged about last years FP and I figured I may as well do it again! Thank you a hundred times over for everyone that made this weekend amazing despite the crazy sand that we had to deal with. From Hisham giving us a place to play without having to drive forever or pay that much at all to all the people who worked to help set it all up to the participants who completed the party - a mighty appreciation is necessary!
Though we bitched and moaned and complained endlessly about the sand/wind...
