This pic speaks for itself. Rejuvinating, refreshing, and soothing. Sometimes we just need to take a break and let the water flow over our bodies. Washing away the old and creating space for something new. A shift in perspective.

As I was cleaning my glass bench today I was struck by the waste and sharp pokey things I have created and will put into a sealed container and dump into a landfill. What a mess. We are messy creatures. Creating tons of stuff all the time. We leave a trail as we go thru life. I guess that is part of this existance.
