Kate is one of the sweetest belly dancers I've ever met. She owns it when she dances, and she knows about rad obscure stuff like Mickey Rat. Great gal to share a dance workshop space with. :)

My Blog

Yay tribe! My profile was accidentally deleted in some of the tribe database madness in October, and I despaired of ever seeing "me" again.

However, tribe support responded to my request for help, and here I am again at last, alive and well!

Well played, tribe! Thank you!

So glad to see my friends!

Ever since I went on my hinky shinky pilgrimage in March I have been fortunate enough to tap into an entirely different and evolving relationship with my neck. Due to the force of "maximum verticality," in which our heroine (namaste Rachel) uses pranayama to lengthen and tone both the sacral and thoracic regions of the spine and to create exquisite spinally supported posture, I find that I am better able to release my shoulders and gain some degree of height or lightness along my entire spina... read more
