I love and indulge in theatre, music, poetry, art within its many facets, travel, festivals/gatherings, learning, reading, spiritual practice and study
(mostly Tibetan Buddhism), MINDFUL LIVING, yoga, rock climbing (and most outdoor activities including snowboarding), meditation and cultivating peace and love within myself and the world

I love the simple things : a child's giggle, hitting my funny bone, a great burp. I talk too much and don't listen enough. I practice patience with myself and others. I love and accept me. I try to be the "change" I want to "see in the world". I want to hug you!
Who am I? - I don't know because everyday is a new day; a new opportunity to renew my being or identity with the choices, decisions, actions or thoughts I choose to employ that day!
