Educate yourself. Make yourself fully aware that there is NO LAW requiring you to pay the Federal income tax. Our own government is trying to arrest these people for not paying a tax that is COMPLETLY unconstitutional and non-existentent. DO NOT PAY THIS TAX. Tell everyone.
