Yesterdays start for the morning meditation group has gone well and i am happy to have launched a daytime session because this reluctant facilitator has been working evenings and wanted to create some work in the mornings as well.

Greg is a great guy that I count as a true friend. His ability to see the natural world around us is a rare gift. He is a visionary and a non-smoker and it hasn't changed him one bit.
Greg's ability on drums and rhythms takes himself and others to another dimension, rather than follow and chase the elusive pot of gold, Greg takes drumming to areas before a rainbow begins, where we all may have not looked before.
