Haven't posted on here in a while. A great deal has happened.
It turns out that we were more productive at Burning Man than we imagined - we conceived a child out there. Gabriel was born on May 18 and life is changing in other ways.
Last week, I was offered a job teaching school in New Mexico, and next month we will be setting up house in the Silver City / LC / Deming area.
Anybody want to start a Zen group?

There is little I can say in the way of apologia or praise for the stupid remarks that Kathy Griffin made when she received her Emmy award; I can only wonder at her choice to upstage her moment of triumph by setting off a controversy about religion. Were I her agent, I would be furious.
