about me
I've been gone for a long time. Sorry 'bout that. But I am now back and will stop in often. My leading photo was taken a few days ago, Sept 16, 2006, so this is what I look like right now.
I moved to the Malaga Castle back in 83. One of the hubs for many a punker socialite. Boy did we have the parties! I lived in Gloria Swanson's old place (I have lived in one of her other houses as well) and some of our parties had over 1,000 people. One birthday party for me and several other people, including Texas Terri, we had a whole shitload of bands that played. One of which was Guns and Roses before anyone even knew who they were. Speaking of guns...I see The Gunclub mention often on this site. Jeffery Lee Pierce used to practically live in my living room, or so it seemed. He was over at least 4 times a week. El Douche used to crash on my floor and do his fare share of cleaning the house, by drinking whatever liquids were left in various bottles and glasses around the place. Ya...the good ol days, when we used to drink ourselves out of our skin, and then walk up to the Cathay deGrande, The Firefly, The Frolic Room (where I tended bar back in the 80s) Club Lingerie, and sometimes, just into the wall. I was Ruben Blue's girlfriend for a while of Rock City News way back when he had Scratch Magazine. What a great guy! The hardest worker I knew back then. My best friend still to this day, is Debora. I used to hang with Tequila Mockingbird (who has been my roomie and is still a good friend), Texas Terri (doesn't she look fabulous these days?!?) Michael Morrison (the king of rhinestone punk and rocker assessories), GiGi (who is still married to Jon Doe from X and lives out my way), English Frank ( I still use his party BBQ at home in loving memory), and too many more to mention. But I want to, so I will elaborate more soon. The front pic is me back in the 80s when I was 30. My recent pic is the one in the blue dress. I love to lay around in the sun, bake fun dishes from the food channel, get dressed up and go out to lunch or dinner, and naturally, shopping. I live on a cliff overlooking the city. I love my house, but I would love to live on a lake/ocean someday soon. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa and enjoy taking classes here and there. I teach part time at a local college and I am the SW US rep for Salvador Dali authentic sculptures.. But, my real dream was to be a glorified housewife and look perfect for my husband all the time and teach the kids how to tie their shoes 12 different ways...but here I am with no family...and maybe only one egg left. So, I guess I missed out on all that scene... If you are looking for an ultra-interesting and fun woman to complete your life, then lets look for the chemestry. I am open for helping raise your children as well. Just more fun things to fill up my day! But they could probably talk me into letting them have ice cream for breakfast and Magic Mountain for lunch!
