Poor Anna

Obviously these people have no respect for the dead i'd like to know what's going through her mother's head, a woman who has been estranged from her daughter for 10 years or so (how you could let that happen with your child in the first place is beyond me) now she wants control over her body and want to take her back "home" where was mom when Anna was battlling her deceased husbands family in court, where was mom when Anna's son died and where was she when her grand-daughter was born. It's all BS she should be burried next to her son END OF STORY!
As for the little girl, have all the men take a damn paternity test and see who matches, again, this is not rocket science. This is just an example why our country is so screwed up and why our courts are a mess, this should be an open and shut case, its not like the child is old enough to know the guy Anna was living with so if he's not her dad now's the time to unite her with her real dad.
And don't get me started on other kinds of court cased, things like, spilling your hot coffee on you from McDonalds, well coffee is suppose to be hot what the hell! and how about sueing a town cause you fell on a sidewalk on the ice...wearing high heels, hellooooo, if i were a judge these kinds of cases would be thrown out ASAP and yes if you can prove beyong a shadow of a doubt that someone killed someone (DNA certainly clears alot of that mystery up) then yes i do believe in the death penalty rather than society paying to house, feed, clothe and take care of all their medical expenses while they sit in their cell and earn a degree while i can't afford medical or dental for my family or college costs, and if they don't want to use the death penalty then i believe in going back to the chain gangs, hard labor never killed anyone (well almost) maybe we'd get more road built or repaired, brush cleared etc you get the point, do you know what punishment is for the guys in federal prison, picking up trash, how do i know, they had one where i was stationed so your government guys who made shady deals or CEO's who stole money get medical, dental, food, congical visits, tv, gyms etc while you and i get to foot the bill, if you ask me, we've taken the "right" act overboard, once you're behind bars you loose your right, ok i know so you're saying what about the innocent people who get accused but really aren't guilty, how about this as a deterrant, if you accuse a person (remember when people were saying a black man did the crime just because they could) and it turns out that person wasn't guilty, guess who's going to jail....the accuser for false accusations that will put a stop to that in a hurry! Ok I've said my bit and i'm sure it will anger some of you but remember, this is my blog and i have a right to my opinion!

Anna Nicole Dead

I just saw it on yahoo, She is dead, geeze kind of reminds me of the whole Maralyn Monroe thing only Anna wasn't involved with a president. So sad, a baby left behind in all this, hope it's father finally steps forward and takes responsability. One can only guess how this all came to an end, the price of stardom often ends ugly.

Our Troops

Please don't let our men and women over in Iraq end up getting treated like those of Vietnam. Back then the guys were told they would be considered real men if they went but when they came home everyone turned their backs on them. I see it happening all over again, just the other day a soldier on tv said he was home and was asked where he was stationed when he told them Iraq a huge conflict broke out, he said he'd never tell anothe civilian again that he was in Iraq. When you sign up for the military you understand you will have to do as told, these guys don't want to be there but they are upholding their duty, please stand behind them.
