I moved to Santa Barbara in 2004 from San Francisco. I moved here for a tech job at a startup. I am pretty laidback and try not to take life too seriously when I don’t have to, which seems to fit perfectly into the Santa Barbara lifestyle. I am independent and try to bring as much humor as possible into every situation...not always successful though. If you don’t mind laughing at me instead of with me, then things will be fine! I spend much of my free time enjoying the outdoor activities Santa Barbara has to offer, such as mountain biking, volleyball, gardening, hiking, exploring the area, and of course bumming it up at the beach. My family is very important to me, and I love spending as much time with them as I can emotionally and physically tolerate. It's tough not being in the same area as them. oh...and I love the palm trees here!
