room mates needed in Baltimore!

Hi Friends! I'm renting an awesome stone house in Baltimore & need 2 great people to share it with. It's near Hampden, a 10 min walk from the Woodberry light rail station. $375 + utilities. It has hardwood floors, built in the 1840's, huge yard, new kitchen appliances, me & my gal Lee & her adorable french bulldog, Pierre. We're moving in March 1st & need you! What a cool abode! We're coming to Baltimore in March (22nd-23rd) to teach a hoopshop and would love to see you, of course (and the French bulldog!) I'll give you a jingle.

Holy crap, I miss Baltimore rent prices...

I might need a place in B-more come June, if you guys are still in need of a roomie by then, let me know. The place sounds wonderful!
