This has been one of the best, juiciest days I've had in a long time ... maybe it's the full moon. My head is spinning. Just totally spinning. We're in daily crank-it-out practice mode for our upcoming show, my kids just started school and I've made a pledge with myself to be more present with them and spend more quality time, work is nonstop as always., and I feel like the only time I actually take real, oxygenated breaths is during my Wednesday yoga class.

Since Suhaila a couple of weeks ago I've been whacked out big time ... totally mental. Doesn't help that it's been a full moon and my man's out of town for a week!! Good lord. We spent last weekend with Suhaila at a Level 1 workshop in St. Louis. This woman never ceases to astound, motivate, move, support and challenge me. She is a true mentor -- totally and completely. I've given my dance life over to her and feel blessed and grateful doing it. And much love to Kandi for being my dance sister through every last crazy drill! :o)
