One of my "online" friends has been posting about the fabulous green smoothies she has for breakfast everyday..... so this morning I thought I'd try one.
Mine didn't come out the bright green that she has described, more like the green the Australian Army guys wear, but overall it was kind of nice.
1 cup of cold water
a handful of green leafy veggies
some fruit (I used mango, banana and strawberries - hence the murky green)
Put it all in the blender and blend. Voila.

I can't believe it has been so long since I have posted. *blush*
Well life has been pretty full on here - lots of dancing, I've taken up Burlesque which is so much fun, had a debut performance a couple of weeks back which was a lot of fun. It's spring festival time in Melbourne, our tribal troupe, Red Earth Ghawazee ( www.redearthghawazee.com) have been performing around and about, which I've been enjoying.
Clint has just gone back to work after six months off, it was amazing to have hi...

Amanda - Goddess, mother, wife and lover, teacher, dancer, soul-sister, and oh, so much more! This woman is truly, deeply *amazing*, and I consider myself *so* lucky and honored to have basked in the sweetness that is her friendship. The world is a brighter, more beautiful place for having her in it.
Love and Blessings, beautiful one,
~ Misha

I'm not sure but I think this may be the first testimonial I have ever posted. I just want to say that Amanda is a great person and I really appreciate her friendship. Whether she knows it or not she has helped me through some really rough times whether she is aware of it or not. I know she knows I have some probz but I'm not sure if she knows how much of an inspiration she is. I just wanted to take a moment to let her and everyone else know that as far as I'm concerned she's an incredible person. : )

Amanda is smart, witty and a great conversationalist. She is open an honest about her feelings and it reminds me what a real women should be like in the world. She doesn't take things personally and loves to play all the time. When I look at her I see a beauty that goes way back to ancient times, a queen back then. She is a queen of the heart now and I have never felt so blessed to know a person with such power. She can mess with the best men and make them laugh. Amanda, thanks for listening to me, allot of people have a hard time doing that because I can be so confrontational sometimes. I also appreciate your wisdom in the romance department as I can be very picky and you showed me I can still be me and and have fun without being so strict on people I meet.
Love Scott.

Amanda is just another dancer that became really special in my life.
We met here at tribe and she just made my day and my husband smile
when I got her Christmas card all the way from Australia ....
Thank you so much for being my friend and I really mean it...
I believe in friendship.
