One of my "online" friends has been posting about the fabulous green smoothies she has for breakfast everyday..... so this morning I thought I'd try one.

Mine didn't come out the bright green that she has described, more like the green the Australian Army guys wear, but overall it was kind of nice. 1 cup of cold water a handful of green leafy veggies some fruit (I used mango, banana and strawberries - hence the murky green) Put it all in the blender and blend. Voila.
I can't believe it has been so long since I have posted. *blush*

Well life has been pretty full on here - lots of dancing, I've taken up Burlesque which is so much fun, had a debut performance a couple of weeks back which was a lot of fun.
