John mostly got it right in his post about fixing the Barn ( under the post: tiling the mud room ). The biggest challenge is going to be to find the timbers that we need: 8 x 8 @ 14 feet long and 8 x 10 @ 18 feet ( or even 36 feet ... two 18 ft ) douglas fir I suggest we look around, maybe mill our own.
