Tonight the sweet young face that God has graced me with helped me to remember....
remembering to remember....
Interesting how he serves as an anchor for my spiritual walking.

Tonight, like so many nights past, he said yes and followed my lead to the sweetness of the light ...
Sitting, as we do each night, and making a choice to be in gratitude of all that Is for us.
Setting intentions for the moments to come - making prayers to shower blessings of holy light of who we were today and who we aspire to be tomorrow....

He, in my dedication to be a guide that walks not just talks, guides me back to the Truth...

Tonight I was called to go back to a practice that he knows well, that has filled his ears, his heart, his soul, his cells since he was very very young...

Remembering the name, repeating the divine name. What a gift is given through the sacred language - like medicine for the soul and the cells. Sometimes I forget to remember...

Tonight we remembered - such a tangible experiece. I could feel layers washing from my being. A bath of light. A feeling I am used to that is not always comfortable at first as the layers are gently chiseled away.

I paused and asked him how it felt....my heart hurts mom...this is good I said we are being washed in light....my head hurts....it is important to keep going so that the washing in this moment is complete....

With nothing but trust and surrender he joined me in the rememberance...we gently continued...I looked at his eyes and he said, It is like an eggshell being cracked....I said yes and we continued....I could feel the washing get past the dense and the light began to swirl....I looked at his face and saw peace...whispering I asked how he felt....

His eyes did not open....he merely nodded his head and continued to let his being drink from the shower of love and light...we remembered in silence for a moment. Deeper into the pillow he sank ...I was blessed to watch the sweet serenity of surrender to the light....he was asleep.
