Have more than one email address and you find yourself opening and closing? Want to add your facebook and myspace pages? you can see your twitter, myspace, facebook and all your email accounts AND chat in one little window... NO SHIT! I LOVE THIS TOOL. OH and you can transfer files within chat like google talk.

A research tool. ONce you update firefox and download zotero... then restart, you wont see anything unless you go to .....view/ toolbars/customize...... and then you should see your "z" and drag it to your toolbar! Watch the video. But this organizes all your research...
