I am working on becoming an Uchideshi with a friend of mine. An Uchideshi is some one who lives in a dojo and studies a martial art full time, my art in Aikido. Aikido is an art that helps you over come you're self not just other people, my dojo has a scroll that says "True victory is victory over oneself" words I know live by. Aikido has shown me that all the hate and anger I once felt was my own insecurity, that I needed to change my self before trying to help other change. It's made life a lot more clear and has given me some thing to strive for. Any ways besides Aikido I really love music, movies and philosophy. It always amazes me how every thing comes back to one, how the world is so different but we all come from the same basics of ideas, I don't understand how there is war and hate. I know it's in are nature to fight and hate but if we would see are selves in others we would hate a lot less... Maybe we all need to learn to not hate who we are.
