tanya is the best blend of authenticity, humor, and kindness you can find. we are so lucky to have her as a neighbor! a true communitarian, and a true master of the comedic art of lightening even the heaviest situations. hats off to tanya!

Hughie and I share a sandy backyard with Tanya. Once she forgave me for not being the single hunk she'd been trying to will into existence as her new neighbor, we became fast friends. Not only was she was neither psychotic nor annoying (important when sharing a yard) but is instead that hard-to-achieve mix of wonderfully warm and terribly cool. She is crafty, whipsmart and very very very funny. I mean, the woman should be a stand up comic or something. Hughie wants to turn the yard into a speakeasy theater to showcase her talents and make us some dough. I don't know about having hordes of strangers tromping around our home, but I do think people would be blessed to meet the sass-factory that is Tanya.
