When someone "surfs" - in the "physical" real-ality here on earth, they are actually embodying the the essence of life itself. The conscious choice to coincide their life with natural TIDE, is a prime example of will. And by placement- they reap there personal reward. Wavesliding is all about how big/deep/shacked/or full-on, you ALLOW yourself to be! .......GoIT! is a common phrase said up the shores, and across the reefs worldwide. It is a word of Encouragement form one conscious comrad to another- A sometimes not so gentle reminder to keep pushing yourself to the fullest potential... When it's big...it is Instantly Sobering. To immerse yourself in the raw power- the ALIVENESS~ of the swells pushing their way, literally, thousands of miles, and to actually ride the energy Rope, is way beyond verbal explanation. What I can say, that: it is very much akin to the energies to be found surrounding us each and every day(and night)!! I Strive to see, and ride them as they pass through~ There is indeed another ocean. One in which we are inhabitants! All around us at all times, there exists a consistent flow of substance not unlike that of water, the {H2O} being just a thicker version... One particle at a time, ALL in an INSTANT! Was it a power bestowed to him alone? Did those "Twelve Apostles" have the inside knowledge? If the God they describe as being "Key" ,so to speak? Where is the Lock? Hand how How Old IS the Bible/Babble? How many Times has it been Re Written? I've heard 12, so...Where do we look? What is Tangible, NOW....? Now that we have "globalized, or mobilized", thorough the holy land, the "Fertile Crescent", as such it is...I find myself MOTIVATED to look into the lens of history, or His Story" as a reference, but by no means the TRUTH. In the lands of desert and oil lay hidden another gem, or germ... oh, just a little somthin' called the seeds of humanity... Creation story as told by the ONES WHO WERE THERE! Summerian text and cylinder seals have reviled some fairly startling depictions of the SAME STORY as the biblical "Version" recounts, but what nobody today seems to be able to swallow is the FACT that you have no where closer than Egypt TODAY and read, WRITTEN IN STONE. Ahh yes, I remember the days, what a joy it is to be immersed in PURE ENERGY! The Swells that wrap themselves along the virgin reef passes in the tropical south pacific are some of the purest this planet has to offer. By the time the Energy... created by *Wind*, often thousands of miles away, reaches the living structure of the reefs to be found there... it is a beauty unparalleled in nature. Liquid slabs of raw power in Motion! You ride here, you WILL be put in you place, and when confronted with the elements of mother nature... you are small...Bra. Blessed are we with eyes to see, spinning, dancing, FEELING the path ahead! Bleessed are we with mouthes to speak of such things as TRUTH~ Love, compassion, & encouragement... Creativity is home, our ~time IS art~ Live! All the time now I see how fortunate is our fate...one realization leads to another, expanded horizons as far as I can see. Errrt...Who,What,Where?

Well, that was interesting...Hawaii IS so uniquely beautiful, but the inevitable globalization of the planet continues... and the islands are not heeding the signs of the times, whose microcosm of planetary existence is a model for the earth's ecosystem as a whole. I can only hope that somehow the foreign land developers would stop for a moment to consider how the impact is not really enticing to or practical for visitors, or locals. So, once again, I saw the fork in the road and I decide(with a more-than gentle nudge from a few close friends) to make a U-turn back to Southern Oregon...A good move it was. STOKED to be back! Sure is Cold though...I cant remember a winter this cold in a long time. So surfing is out of the question, and I look to the mountains for the adrenaline...superfun powder days ahead! In the meantime days are filled with warm mate' and doing abit of research on the web into a few current phenomena's on the planet...mainly CropCircles. How come it makes you sound like a nut when anyone say's that? We need to come up with a more evolved name for the genuine article...after all, have you SEEN then recently? Flippin' amazing. Patterns so intricate, Van Gogh himself would feel small. They have evolved like some geometric-interdymentional-being from simple circular shapes, to gynormous, aww-inspiring designs. I just got to see Ms. Nancy Talbot speak at the Uni, here in ashland, and wow She's got the digs on the subject. Taking soil and stalk samples to state of the art facility's, found out the criteria for determining the authenticity...Chemical changes ARE taking place at the cellular level inside the formations! What is stopping this from being headline news? Even if 10-12% were "Real"(and it's much higher) there is SOMETHING GOING ON HERE...We are the change we are looking for! Blessings~

Transition time

Well, here I am...back from two months in Fiji, hanging in Ashland, Or. A great place to be, so many happy faces and good connections...Just trying to stay focoused on the the task at hand...Back to the roots 2006! I've been waiting for the right time to move back to the Big Island for a few years now and this is the summer of rebirth! After 6 years of firefighting in the woods, I feel Sooo ready to get back in the water! Surf every morning, Coconuts for lunch, Sunset chill-out sessions...Ahhh Yess!
