      <title>so far so great</title>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;well for the last 2 days I have done so much dancing and 2 hours of callanetics,to avoid a burnout,today I will do smaller amount of callanetics,callan suggests 2 hours a week,and 15 minutes on days in between,I am following that.&#xD;
I have covered lots of drills,asharah's dvd is giving me what I need at the moment.I am ready to take my dance to the next level.I wanna be free to dance in my physical body,the way I dance in my mind.&#xD;
I catch myself every now and then feeling frustrated towards my body because it doesnt look and move the way it does in my mind,then I take a breath and think about how grateful I am to have this chance to dance,to have health,I believe health is wealth you see.&#xD;
&#xD;
I will g0 over some robotic drills today,looking forwrad to that.I love drilling.&#xD;
&#xD;

										&lt;div&gt;I am coming to the realisation that I need to be more commited and work much harder.&#xD;
and this has to start today,right here,right now.&#xD;
I know what works,I know what I need to do,and so far ,I have found excuses,well,no more excuses,its time to walk the walk.&#xD;
so today I will make up my plan,part of that plan is staying with my food combining meal plans.the words I write here are the words that are forming my life,as everything I write is to be taken into action.&#xD;
&#xD;
so today my aim is to food combine,and relax,it has been such a busy week of teaching and dancing.&#xD;
it was my last session at the school,I realy enjoyed teaching there.I am so grateful of that experiance.&#xD;
&#xD;
I have my psychology of dance book on the ready-back shortly&#xD;
&#xD;
:)&#xD;
&#xD;
ok,so yes I have myself a programme sorted,starting at 6am tomorrow,realy looking forward to it.&#xD;

my main focus this week :&#xD;

* food combine..this is great I have a book by harvey diamond with a 40 day plan at the back,so I will be following this for the next ,well as part of every day life realy.&#xD;

* stay with dance plan...no matter what!I was happy with yesterdays performance,ethough I know I can do so much better...&#xD;

      <description>&lt;div&gt;wow first time I have posted in a while...oops!I am still dancing,just bit of a challenge to get a rgular routine together,but its coming together quite nicely.&#xD;
I am exited about tribalondon,I am dancing on the open stage,I am so exited about the whole thing.can't wait to meet new friends.and seeing those dancers live,sharing that energy...my heart is all fluttery!!&#xD;
I dont know my way around london so well,but hey,I soon will!!!!&#xD;
&#xD;
so,I am thinking now,I am needing to get my dance a bit more together for sure,so i think I need to rehearse that tonight.&#xD;
tomorrow I will be back to drilling early in the morning following with callanetics.each evening,God willing I am rehearsing.&#xD;

yesterday I had pizza,garlic bread and even fries for my birthday supper and I enjoyed every bite,my brother found it so funny as he has take aways alott,we dont,I cook from fresh each and every day.&#xD;
so it amused him..hahaha!!&#xD;

last night I made the decision to become the very best dancer I can be.&#xD;
when ever negative comments are made towards me and my dreams,it affirms them,makes me even more determined.&#xD;

last night i did yoga and drills before bed with RBee,it seemed to pass so quickly.&#xD;
&#xD;

my heart is still beating fast I feel so energised and revitalised.Thankyou God.&#xD;

I am obsessed wiht sculpting a beautiful dainty waist and a petite body.&#xD;
when I started food combining I was a waist size 36,my waist had no shape...that was realy upsetting now...let me get my tape measure!&#xD;

2 inches lost in a week,its amazing what a difference it makes.not just in the way I look but in the way i feel too&#xD;

										&lt;div&gt;all is going great.only mistake was at my mums house,I was there longer than I expected to be,so I had white bread with margarine,wow I realy felt so sick and have gotten a little asthmatic,thats why I have taken dairy outta my diet,it does me no good at all.&#xD;

so today I am vegan,no dairy in my system at all.'&#xD;
&#xD;
otherwise I have eaten well,my mood has been much brighter.Mike came back from shops with biscuits,wine and chocolate...the ultimate test eh!!hahaa...but I just envision the fat...ughy!!!!!!yughy!!!!&#xD;

I enjoy eating healthy so much,making different kinds of salads and such.yummy!&#xD;

										&lt;div&gt;well last 2 days I have been on an emotional rollercoater.&#xD;
meeting up with my mum after so long is one thing,her being a heavy alcoholic puts alott of strain on the relationship.&#xD;
I love her so much,its so hard seeing her on the drink.&#xD;
I love her very much and have prayed to God in desperation for guidance,to know what to do for right.&#xD;
I read some oe of susans book this morning,she talks about saying YES!!to life and using whatever happens.&#xD;
&#xD;
so with alott of thinking I have made decisions :&#xD;
&#xD;
* go back to food combining- with no comprimises,none at all,me and my sister spoke last night as we are both on the same journey.we both noticed we went wrong when we start having the odd cookie...once we let one bad food in,thats it it all goes wrong.&#xD;
so we made empowering decisions.&#xD;
&#xD;
to do this:&#xD;
&#xD;
* be more spiritual,accept strong guidance from God.&#xD;
&#xD;
dance helps me so much wiith any negative emotions,I also will start to meditate too from today.&#xD;
I will:&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
* take a bath - the place I feel the most peace is in the bath.So I will lay there and meditate,I will give thankx and look into the visions of my mind.I will trust that.&#xD;
&#xD;
All is coming together perfectly.&#xD;
&#xD;
I have a dream to put on a huge show of my music and bellydance,I am taking daily steps to make this come true.&#xD;
&#xD;

										&lt;div&gt;well my sister and me had a great chat last night,we both made a very powerful decision,to start fit for life 40 day eating plan,here we are at day one.&#xD;
I have completed 4 days before,so i have had a sample,even in that four days,i felt and looked amazing.&#xD;
&#xD;
today I did my dance drills and i did 20 minutes of supercallanetics this morning,just doing 20 minutes of supercallanetics every morning as i cant always fit a long session in,and she states in her book that with supercallanetics,you only need one session a week ,so i am breaking it down to bite size chunks over a week,that way also i can concentrate on certain areas.&#xD;
&#xD;
my drills are coming along realy nicely,I am sure the weight loss will give my muscles much more definition,its realy wierd like my body weight doesnt match my dancing,i dance realy graceful with great percision,yet i have weight...cannot weight to see it gone..he he he.&#xD;
&#xD;

i will keep repeating the combos until they are memorized.i am so grateful to finally find a dvd i am completely at one with actually.&#xD;

well yesterday was a full day off,so I am back on track today.&#xD;

&#xD;
I am also back on track wioth my eating,back with ''fit for life''.part of my goal is to be a good exsample,and inspire people,that includes with my way of eating too!&#xD;
&#xD;

										&lt;div&gt;well last night before i went to bed,i did 15 minutes of callanetics then practised some tribal combo's,see i cannot go a day without any dance at all as i have to get these isolations to progress into undulations that come natural,smooth,powerful and elegant!&#xD;
&#xD;
my muscles,obliques mainly and the muscles low down in my belly are feeling very strong,amazing,I am so pleased with my progress so far.&#xD;
I am grateful to God for he gives me the strength I need to make this performing,dancing dream come true.&#xD;
my sister has treated me to cardio tribal dvd..I am so exited!!how very sweet of her to do that!&#xD;
&#xD;
I realy enjoy doing the tribal combos i did with darshan last night,when they got fast i couldnt quite keep up,but i know in time i will...practise making perfect!!.&#xD;
&#xD;
tonight is simulaR,15 mins of callan followed by some tribal combos.&#xD;
different combos though,its good to surprisethe body with new ways i think!&#xD;

it talked about slumps and how to avoid them,it spoke about how important days off are.so today I had a day off as my late nights caught up with me...oops!!!lol&#xD;
I spoke with my sister alott last night,we are so enjoying this journey together and although she is in usa and i am here in uk,dance makes us feel so very spiritually close..yey!!!!!&#xD;
&#xD;
so todays goal is to keep my vision in mind,to do :&#xD;
&#xD;
* 15 minutes callan before bed.&#xD;
&#xD;
I must admit my arm movements come in waves throughout the day,and today my fingers have joined in and got much more expressive.which is awesome,i am going with that!&#xD;

lets look at first my performance.&#xD;
&#xD;
* I was able to dance and sing at the same time with ease and enjoyment.&#xD;
* my movements flowed realy nicely&#xD;
* the audience loved it&#xD;
* Lumi gave me great words of encouragement,which was a great lift.&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
when I had finished my performances there was some jamming and I could not stop dancing,it was amazing.&#xD;
so I am now on a bigger mission,my journey on the way,there and back was amazing.on the way back i met martin,he works for one of my fave tv shows,one i have not seen a while,but he reminded me that in my dream journal one of my goals is to go on there..so thats my goal,my focus ,my destiny.&#xD;
&#xD;
goal:&#xD;
&#xD;
* to perform on tv show&#xD;
&#xD;
I will perform to my highest ability ,my highest emotion,I will make my music visible.&#xD;
&#xD;

										&lt;div&gt;wow I am so exited to be back on track,the bruising after my fall is almost gone and last night I got my full power and focus right back!!!yey!!!&#xD;

I did a gull hour of callanetics whilst watching the belly dance superstars..goodness me I cant wait until its me up there dancing with the best,they truely are astounding and Lord I am so grateful to have the dvd and the resources I need to become a dancer.&#xD;
&#xD;
the callanetics was amazing,there was a couple of moves i usually skip-can you believe that!!!as in the book theres more than on the video,so those moves were not missed last night,I did as many reps as i could of the new moves,I cannot wait to see my body changing even more.&#xD;
realy now theres not much on my belly to lose.I have just the cutest dimple on my solar plexus,and my obliques are looking pretty stunning,thankyou God I showed my friend who is a fitness instructr and she was impressed&#xD;
&#xD;
I have a performance in just a few days time,am I exited?you bet,I am so exited indeed!!!I have performed lotsd but never with my new bellydance influence,I cannot wait to see how my body,my spirit performs,how very exiting!!&#xD;
I have the most beautiful clothes to wear,the style I dress has realy become something beautioful,I never had a clue before,but now I know what suits me,what I feel great in and I dress with a dancers mind.&#xD;

I danced east coast tribal last night,it gave me a great butt kick,just what I needed!!!!!thankyou God.&#xD;

yesterday was a blurb day..I made a meal and got the combination wrong,which as good as it showed an instant difference..my belly ballooned so much!!!!!!!and i was so tired,moody,down,insecure...all the wrong things!!happy to be back on track today,when I danced i saw my reflection and my muscles are realy taking great shape.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
