gratitude. there are so many words, yet so few. it is simple and profound. lately, i've stretched myself and i like it.
Wednesday night at yoga it was Satatma's 37th birthday. The moment I sat down in class, saw the gong, her husband (who doesn't usually co-teach this class), the tray of vegan cookies and felt the energy of the room - I KNEW. We were in for something special. Satatma spoke of their belief that there are many cycles - 3 yr, 7 yr and 18 yr cycles - that we go through during our lives.
