In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
A stately pleasure-dome decree :
Where Alph, the sacred river, ran
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea.
So twice five miles of fertile ground
With walls and towers were girdled round :
And there were gardens bright with sinuous rills,
Where blossomed many an incense-bearing tree ;
And here were forests ancient as the hills,
Enfolding sunny spots of greenery.

But oh ! that deep romantic chasm which slanted
Down the green hill athwart a cedarn cover !
A savage place ! as holy and enchanted
As e'er beneath a waning moon was haunted
By woman wailing for her demon-lover !
And from this chasm, with ceaseless turmoil seething,
As if this earth in fast thick pants were breathing,
A mighty fountain momently was forced :
Amid whose swift half-intermitted burst
Huge fragments vaulted like rebounding hail,
Or chaffy grain beneath the thresher's flail :
And 'mid these dancing rocks at once and ever
It flung up momently the sacred river.
Five miles meandering with a mazy motion
Through wood and dale the sacred river ran,
Then reached the caverns measureless to man,
And sank in tumult to a lifeless ocean :
And 'mid this tumult Kubla heard from far
Ancestral voices prophesying war !
The shadow of the dome of pleasure
Floated midway on the waves ;
Where was heard the mingled measure
From the fountain and the caves.
It was a miracle of rare device,
A sunny pleasure-dome with caves of ice !
A damsel with a dulcimer
In a vision once I saw :
It was an Abyssinian maid,
And on her dulcimer she played,
Singing of Mount Abora.
Could I revive within me
Her symphony and song,
To such a deep delight 'twould win me,
That with music loud and long,
I would build that dome in air,
That sunny dome ! those caves of ice !
And all who heard should see them there,
And all should cry, Beware ! Beware !

Doctrine of th’ Lost Cakras ~Isys ~ Queen of Heaven
Cakras are energy centers within the bodhi which radiate particular truth principles to the whole central nervous system an’ beyond an’ keep the bodhi, mind and spirit in allignment with perfect health when we care for and honour them! Th’ seven primary cakras we have studied thoroughly in popular westernized yoga, yet until recently there has been little informaton about the lower cakras (beneath the root to the soles of the feet)) and the upper cakras (beyond the crown cakra)) which are useful not only in health an’ wellness yet also in multidimensional travel, intuitive navigation skills, as well as spiritual empowerment & revivification in the third! Onlythese seven primary cakras are studied in most traditional doctrines of wholistic medicine an’ yoga; however, a Sivite renunciate called ‘SATGURU,” published a book revealing the sandskrit names of the lower cakras in the last quarter of the twentieth century. Unfortunately, his information was minimal and showed he had only truly caught a glimpse of the power available to US through meditation upon these vital energy centers located in the lower limbs and feet! Remarkably, after much intensive study of yoga and many years of dance training, I encountered the names of the lower cakras with much delight and subsequent manifestation of a doctrine of wellness which cannot be defeated! Furthermore. . . . as I began to delve deeper into an exploration of the saqrd energy, I realized that one half a lifetime training classically in soprano singing had opened several very significant energy centers above the crown cakra too! The depth of spiritual awakenment available to Us through dance and singing is not available through yoga alone; This convergence of disciplines is here gratified by an account of the twenty~nine cakras with each human bodhi! Please note: While ‘SATGURU” sought to integrate the power of lower cakras, because he was a yogi and not a dancer, they remained aloof! Each name, he assumed, ended with LA (as if th’ energy centers were singing “You can’t catch me!”’ to him, and each cakra was described as being possessed of almost demoniac attributes; Certainly, while ‘SATGURU” desired to bring forth the teachings of the cakras impressively for the future generations to evolve and study, he missed the vital nectar of immortality actually available to Us through the vibrational study of dance and singing! Thank Heavens, I have been empowered by the mercy of His divine grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada to give these teachings in a more evolved and refined manner than ever before! You will find that the names of the lower cakras all complete with kha! Kha is the root syllable of transcendental power! Only by the mercy of a lifetime of singing and dancing disciplines have these precious energy vortexes become transparent; It is my prayer that you will find this information as invaluable and inspiring as have I!

1*PREMAKHA ~TO CONNECT TO YOUR DEEPEST ROOTS IN TH’ EARTH. . . .only the sound of a deep drum or a male voice chanted ceaselessly as in prayer can commune this innate and primordial stability to our emotional and spiritual light bodhis ~ This cakra resides a few feet below the earth and creates elasticity in our interactiveness with the ripples of energy radiated by all living things! 2*DHARMAKHA ~ GROUNDATION OF SPIRITUAL PURPOSE ~
pumping th’ arms swiftly forward and backward with th’ breathe while
jumping upwards and all th’ way down until th’ soles grasp th’ earth
Pulling th’ energy downwards thru’ th’ crown with a swift release of th’ hands from over th’ head to th’ sides and landing grounded upon both feet! 3* PATAKHA ~ REVIVIFICATION ~ Start pumping th’ heels alternating in an upright posture an’reach one limb at a time forward to a ninety degree angle from th’ standing limb on both sides; now, in a triangle, gently roll the feet from toe to heel and return on both sides! Forward bend. . . .fold th’ palms beneath th’ feet and pull th’ sternum toward th’ knees as th’ breathe is released! 4*MANTAKHA ~ EVOLUTION ~ seated upon th’ knees with th’ feet spread beside th’ hips. . . . rise up placing pressure upon the tops of th’ feet and giving stimulation by gravity’s force while uplifting th’ arms in a swift sweep and release. . . . head hangs down! 16*YANTRIKHA ~SELF~RELIANCE ~ Drop th’ knees upon a thick cushion or tripled wool blanket an’strengthen th’yantrikha with several repetitive releases into th’ hands and returning while keeping th’ back in a straight plank posture, until hard like ice!
Feet up in lotus, open th’ arms and hands in relaxation toward th’ heavens while breathing in to invoke th’ presence of rain, sun, moon, or stars; direct th’ mind’s eye toward th’ visualization of any of these four energies an’ return palms to prayer, allowing th’ heart to lift an’ the pattern along with th’ breath to reverse so that these elementals seem to glow directly from th’ heart toward all of life! Allow th’ arms to radiate alternatively about th’ bodhi forming an etherically tangible cocoon of white silk dropping the palms back to back near th’ heart until stimulated and warmed through and through!
