Im back from Costa Rica and starting my hoop classes back up again. I have moved them to Kenilworth Park so we can enjoy the beautiful outdoor season! Kenilworth park has lots of shady and sunny spots, picnic tables, restrooms, water fountains and trails. Its located on SE 34th ave and Holgate Blvd. the 17 bus goes right to the corner of 34th ave and Holgate. please bring a water bottle to fill up, and a yoga mat or blanket for the opening warm up stretches. Hey everyone!
for those that have not heard of our new adventure....we are packing up our NW Portland Apartment into storage this monday and tuesday, and are driving to gemini festival in Belden, Northern Cali...then continuing on to San Fran where we fly out to Costa Rica for 2 weeks! yay!When we return, we have a wonderful new HOUSE waiting for us in SE Portland, really close to all of our wonderful new friends! we are gaining a big huge fenced yard, a deck for BBQing and second floor bed... read more

Spring is very much in the air! Ive been busy making hoops and just started a weekly hoop dance class in SE Portland.
Classes are every Saturday from 1:30-2:30 pm, and we can go hoop in a park afterwards to practice our new moves if weather is permitting. We've had so many beautiful sunny days lately...ahhhhh.....

ALL hoopers of all levels are welcome to attend. Even if your advanced, lets trade some awesome moves! or if your a beginner, we can start with the basics. Each class will vary... read more
