So today I was in the shower and I was trying to rinse my hair, but the stupid f-ing bulging disc in my neck was hindering my normal head tilt. Suddenly, it occurred to me to do a slight layback, and TA-DA!!, success! Thank you, ATS!!

Last day of Bastille Days. Trillium will be performing on the Air Tran Stage (formerly Kilbourn West Stage) at 2:00, 3:45, 6:15, and 7:45. We'll probably be roving the grounds with Zephyranthes (Jen's Studio Troupe) throughout the day.

Traci - my sphincter will never be the same. From finding spiders in the house to clenching in joy, Traci's crazy coolness invaded my life a little more than two years ago. She's been so warm and friendly, helping out my husband and I in many ways that we appreciate forever. I am overjoyed to have her as a friend, and certainly don't see her enough at that.

Ahh Valena. The woman who helped me to shimmy my first bellydance class. This woman eperveses with healing energy and love. Valena has this effect on people that when you are by her you are just happy. She is such a beautiful woman and awesome dancer! She makes you feel good about yourself without even trying. She's the friend everyone should have. If you haven't met her you really need to because she'll change your life if she does nothing more than cast a smile your way. We love Valena!!
