This morning after running, I went to visit the Calendar Stones. It is such a wonderful place to live.

I brought a backpack full of crystals to leave at the stones. I could not resist and collected a few rocks by the water on the way back.
This is the west center calendar stone, where the sun will set on the Equinox, from Berkeley across the bay.

Again I practice my yoga of 108 Surya Namaskar. I now can easily slide through ten in three to four min.

Even though they have become faster over the years, each one has become better. I strive to make each and every step as best as I can. With resting breaths between sets of ten I can complete the 108 in 54 min. Years ago when I started it took me two and a half hours to complete the 108.
