last weekend
The appraisal came in at 350,000; down from the 520,000 at the last appraisal three years ago.

Still the 350,000 is enough for my new loan and a new credit line. So I am pleased that it works for me. 
Painting on the Grace House for the appraisal tomorrow. The last of my papers are in today for the new loan.

I have heard that dark matter "may" be the web that forms these structures.
