Wednesday
Today was travel day to Woodstock, N.B. to help out my brother-in-law. This followed 2 straight days of working as an Educational Assistant with "special-ed" kids at 2 different middle schools, namely George St., and Nashwaaksis. Neither day allowed me to run as I was just to tired but today I was back on the trails for a one hour out & back run and my heart rate was 160 at the various times I stopped to check so I am very satisfied that my fitness is not declining. Lazy Sunday
It was pouring rain all day after 2 nice days where I ran for an hour Friday in a westerly direction along the riverside trap and yesterday did 40 minutes that was faster than it should have been so I was forced several times to check myself by slowing to a crawl. That's one way to make it an easy run that wasn't at all easy. I opted out completely today and stayed indoors.

My partner / husband Jeff departed for Montreal today for about two weeks. During that time he will be with my daughter and her family in the south - central district of Montreal named Little Burgundy / St. Henri. Jeff was really nervous to be venturing to the big city alone and was queasy about the prospect as he boarded the A/C Jazz flight.Hope he has a great time.
