this is Sol Shanti of the livetolove tribe. my children Izaya and Talula and i have been lifted and blessed through these past several months by the prayers and blessings of all those who love us and we thank you deeply for your support on all levels. through it all i have been experiencing initiation, rebirth, and awakening on levels deeper and more profound than ever before. this all started for me before my partner Rae passed - when i awoke one morning to the voice of a man telling me " you have to get out of your head and into your heart - serpent of fire" i was puzzled but grateful for the message. as i've recently begun praticing kundalini yoga i guessed perhaps the message was to keep working on awakening my inner fire serpent. two weeks later in yoga class my teacher gave me a birthday present 6 months early - she said it couldn't wait - "Serpent of Light" by Drunvalo Melchezidek. the dominant message of the book was that it is imperative to get out of your head and into your heart in order to survive these times and do the work we came here to do. he described the reason for the current pole shift, how the earth has a kundalini, the destruction of atlantis, and split of the civilization, some went to maya land and the others followed the shifting kundalini from atlantis through north america to russia, china, and settling in tibet. he also explained how his guide Thoth instructed him to place crystals in certain sacred sites in southern mexico, and then later to lead groups of 70+ people from all over the world to these same sites to reactivate ancient portals. i wished that i could connect with the people doing this work. living in peaceburgh (pitts) pa and being aware that the convergence of the three rivers at the center of the city was an ancient sacred maya site, i decided to begin placing crystals around the city. at this point Rae had already passed and so i took some of our most sacred and prized crystals and placed them with prayers and ceremony in different places my heart led me to. some time during all of this i had a dream of Rae: she embraced me and wrapped her arms and legs around me. we sat holding each other and i could feel a physical connection and experienced telepathic communications and downloading of info into me. after a time a tall lionheaded being came into the room and told me that i was going to be contacted by his representative and that we had work to do. i awoke laying on my back with my hands over my heart and my whole body buzzing - i feel it was certainly an "onboard" experience. two weeks later i was driving with my children to a family reunion in Durango when i received a tribe.net invite to be friends with a man named Lionfire. i told him it was divine that he had contacted me and i would connect after my family reunion - only to find out that he lived in Cortez, CO - 45 miles from my destination in Durango! we connected several times through the week... i found out that he was the tour guide for Drunvalo in the tours of mexico and had a whole chapter about him in the serpent of light book! i've been on my own shamanic path for 12 years but have been feeling a need for furthur guidance and teaching... and have now entered into an apprenticeship with Lionfire to furthur my training and fully embrace this path. through my work with Lionfire I have been blessed to become a gateway/caretaker for ancient ceremonial artifacts from a goddess based matriarchal nomadic society. this includes goddess statues, ceremonial blades, phallus scultpures, and crystal and jade skulls. the universe has gifted me priceless crystals and artifacts to continue to place in sacred locations to activate ancient energy portals - what a blessing! what an affirmation! i have also been shown information regarding the sacred dance around the tree of life... how it is THE MOST POWERFUL and HEALING thing we can be doing for ourselves, our families, and the planet at this time. thankyou each and every one of you for whatever part you play in the dance - for answering the call of your hearts and the universe to help anchor love and peace and bring this dance back into manifestation... it is more important that you continue with these ways and help spread them than any other thing... indeed - we would all do well to scrutinize our lives and remove all things from them which are not steeped in prayer and ceremony to make room for more opportunities for prayer and ceremony. i am feeling called to carry myself, my children, and this new (very old) sacred bundle to any/all of the Naraya dances and any other ceremonies which would welcome us. the ancient tools i carry are eager to be used once again in ceremony and prayerful healing ways. they are also seeking caretakers who will keep them sacred and use them for personal, family, and community healing work. though i could easily sell these priceless artifacts for millions of dollars it feels incongruent to me to do so. instead i am asking my heart and the universe to lead me to those who are ready to work with them and gift them to spiritual clan mothers. what i am asking the universe is for continued blessings of prosperity so that i and my two young children may travel in ease and grace to any and all of the ceremonies that call us to them... we specifically want a very posh motor home large enough for ourselves and the others in our clan who support us and any other elders we may pick up and bring with us to the ceremonies. i want an account with enough money in it to pay for plane tickets and all travels expenses to wherever we are called. i am open to setting up a non profit fund to accept donations for this endeaver. i propose that 1/2 of this fund will go to support the women's counsel and the other 1/2 i will have access to for myself and my family's needs as we continue the joyfilled work of Spirit that we came here to do. again - i love you, praise you and bless you all. may you be your hearts desire. you may contact me at www.livetolovetolive.com, or sol@livetolovetolive.com, or livetolovetolive@gmail.com, or 412.370.0489. a humble servant of the most high, Sol Shanti be love(d) www.livetolovetolive.com

I am not a footbal fan. In pittsburgh, its heresy - but I daresay its true. I am actually an infiltrator as I was born in Phoenix and used to root for the cardinals. raindrops on roses and rainbows

its been a wonderfully rainy summer here in arkansas. yesterday it was pouring while the sun was fully shining and my partner Rae and our three year old son Izaya ran out to play in it and look for a rainbow. they didn't find one but had a blast and later Rae said she saw one in the back yard. by the time we came to look it was gone - must;ve been a special sign just for her. i went to my fisrt rainbow gathering in 1998 i think when i was 19. i had ran into and old "homeless" fella at a gas station outside of tuscon named little hawk (rest in peace brother). he took off his leather hat and showed read to me what he had written on the inside brim: When the earth is ravaged, the waters are poisoned, and the animals are dying, a new tribe of people shall come unto the earth from many colors, classes, creeds, and who by their actions and deeds shall make the earth green again. They will be known as the warriors of the Rainbow. i didn't know it at the time but little hawk was one of the rainbow family's founding fathers. i got to spend some time with him at front gate where he kept watch over the family at the ithaca gathering after izaya was born at the west virginia nationals. he told me that he was raised on the hopi reservation until he was thirteen years old and that the prophecy is one of theirs. he was an angel, a wizard (little hawk is another name for merlyn) and a hopeless drunk. it made me sad to see the eyes lose their clarity and him switch from telling prophecy to cursing those around him and babbling incoherently. we wanted to take him with us and record his stories but his dark side while drinking (most of the time) was more than we could handle... i've just learned that he recently passed of liver failure. anyway little hawk was the first rainbow warrior i'd met even though i didn't know what that even was. it was another year or two before i dropped out of society thinking "this is crazy! work until i die or am incapacitated and THEN retire?!" i declared at 19 i would't do anything i didn't want to ever again for money and went on a quest for truth. i knew what i had been told by my church, schools, government wasn't the whole truth and i wanted answers. through a series of synchronicities i was led to my first rainbow gathering. there i realized that i wasn't the only one who found "the rules" a farce and left them behind. america has a modern day gypsy culture of people who live in the national forest going from place to place and staying for 14 days at a time - setting up kitchens and feeding each other free food and living how their hearts lead them. their unofficial name is "the rainbow family of living light" i've had a live to love kitchen at a couple nationals - gatherings on the fourth of july where tens of thousands gather on the fourth of july to pray for peace. the main philosophy of the rainbows is that if you've got a belly button, then you are a rainbow family member - one human family. if you are curious i encourage you to ask the universe to show you to a gathering or lead you to meet some family... we are all family - that is the point, but there are those who are aware of this and identify themselves as rainbow warriors of love and light. i guess the moral of my story is - you can quit your job and leave your bills behind and go live for free in the woods with some beautiful people and start living life to the fullest. the economy is collapsing so if you try to hang on to all your toys the nothing will rip them from your hands and you will be left with nothing. but if you release the illusion of "having something makes me happy" and embrace nothing then you will be filled with the only thing that matters - love... through relating with the earth and her children in a good way your broken vessel will be made whole. my message is to all those who are suicidal - i was too, but i just couldn't see killing my body helping any - i had to kill my mind - the programming of hundreds of generations that said you must suffer and work until you die - and the ego which that created. please try it just get up and walk away with no money and just a backpack with some pens and paper and a change of socks and underwear. synchronicity

What is synchronicity? To me it is the language of Divine and the guideposts I use to live my life by. I was first formally made ware of it when my daughter Lily was born on 11/11/1999 weighing 7 lbs 11 oz at 5:05 in the morning. My mothers birthdate is 7/11/55. I was born on 10/21/77 when my mother was 22, Lily was born when I was 22, and my maternal grandmother was born 4/22/20. Lots of double and triple numbers. What does it all mean? To me it is an affirmation from Divine that I am on the right path. I decided a double number must mean a spiritual affirmative. Until I was hitchiking for ten miles and no ride and I asked Spirit if I was headed in the right direction. I looked up and saw mile marker 44 and took this as an affirmation. Then I got a ride and upon telling my driver where I was heading he told me I was headed the wrong way and needed to turn around. So that was when 44 revealed itself to me as the tuenaround number. Over and over I would see it and be faced with a situation that would have been far more pleasant had i turned around. I finally started getting it and now turn around when I see the number. It isn't quite so cut and dry... now i've realized it means that my set intention will not be reachable if I continue in the direction I am heading - and should reconsider my present thoughts or actions. So 44 means turn around - emotionally, mentally, or physically... and 77 means the opposite. my birth year, 77 has turned into an affirmation - i see it in license plates, clocks, odometers, mile markers, clothing wheneverSpirit want me to know I am heading in the right direction - either in thought or action. Some dismiss these occurences as "coincidence" and thats their reality. To me - because I look for messages - i see them everywhere. Last week I went fishing with a new friend despite the fact that I told him I am jinxed with fishing and though I used to go often as a boy - i've never caught anything larger than a small sunfish and feel as though I am cursed to not catch fish. I went out in the boat for an afternoon on the bayou by myself and asked Spirit for a clear unmistakeable sign that I am in the right place doing what I should be doing. I didn't want just any old sign - I asked specifically that if I am in the flow that I may catch a BIG fish. After two or three hours of trying every tactic i've ever been told, I gave up and was rinsing off a mud mask while my line was still in the water. I was about to get out of the boat when "HEY!" I yelled "I GOT A FISH!" It was a big bluewater catfish - somewhere around eight or nine pounds - I had fun reeling it in and thianking Spirit for the message. Our fishing trip turned out quite successful as we returned from it with 17 catfish caught using yo-yos. The Mormons allways taught me "don't ask God for a sign" "o ye of little faith" - that is was bad and wrong to ask a sign of The great oneness. Since then I have been enlightened to the indiginous way of thought - " creator, I am slow to remember and quick to forget, sometimes I am slow and dumb, and need reminding, please, show me a sign of your love for me" this simple prayer is allways answered in simple yet miraculous ways to let me know I am loved and all one with the Divine.

not sure what to tell you but if you have money in banks - spend a few hours online ordering bulk foods, solar panels, diesel generators, seeds, gardening/farm equipment. these items may help you alot when the banks collapse and your savings is no longer. buy camping gear and survival gear - try to get things made from organic hemp and cotton. it is futile to worry, be scared, or angry... its time to act. it is definitely time to leave the cities. buy some land in the country - very rural... if you can't afford land - leave the cities anyway, the cities are toxic and cannot support life when our current system collapses... and it is collapsing!

i'm on a roll... there's a lot of dumb shit going on these days so here's another... VACCINATIONS - ITS A LIE ITS A LIE ITS A LIE ITS A LIE DON"T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT - DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH I have two children with another on the way. each time i have done research to be fully informed of the pros and cons for vaccinations. I'm not technically savvy enough to break it down for you but i can tell you that the truth is out there. big drug companies are filling you with fear through the medical establishment so that you will poison your child right when they need the most support and good energy.... well looky heres a little mercury, some formaldehyde (niether of which are ok at any level for human consumption) and we'll mix that with some other toxic shit and stick it in your babies arm at 2,4,6,12,24 months and then some! in Japan - the rate of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) reduced to almost non- existant after they stopped mandatory vaccinations of all infants - (now they do them at six years old) did you know that there are laws protecting you from suing the drug companies if your child ends up with ADD, ADHD, Autism, Brain hemmoraging, or any thing else wrong due to vaccinations... but there is a government program in place specifically to help families with children who are permanantly disabled due to vaccinations. you do the math... do your own research - and please don't let your daughters get the new HPV vaccine... did you know that there are over 300 strains of HPV and only a few cause genital warts - the rest are undetectable and 95 % of sexually active adults have at least one - and it is not more likely to cause cervical cancer. did you know that now they are telling a whole generation of people that got the chicken pox vaccine that it didn't work and they need to get it again if they don;t want to get chicken pox really bad. i had chx pox as a child and was glad to stay home from school a week and learn latch hook. now my immune sysstem is stronger because of it and i'll never get chk pox again. i hear that measels, mumps and rubella all make you stronger too... and that all of the outbreaks of these diseases in the past 50 years happened in communities that were 100% vaccinated.... ITS a SCAM! listen look see hear - theres somethin happening here - what it is is very clear - theres a man with a gun over there that just forced school children to be vaccinated in Maryland even though the man issuing the order won't allow his children to be vaccinated. the elite know it and they don;t let their kids get poisoned if you are a real patriot get up off your ass and talk to people about what s really going on. organize neighborhood information campaigns... if they subpoena you and tell you you must vaccinate your child or go to jail - get the hell out of that state! go live in the woods. if this blog upsets you -good - i hope you can't sleep at night - i hope you're up late like me trying to figure out how to change this... i hope you wake the F%ck up and start acting like a real live human and not some brainwashed programmed idiot. turn off the idiot box and go for a walk in the woods. open your heart in prayer to commune with the creator that is in all things. ask to be freed from the bondage that afflicts our people and use your freedom to help other s gain theirs. may your heart be open and your mind be clear - your gonna need it

ok... here it is - i've found the source of my inner rage and i'm going to out it right here so i can release it. circumcision- WHAT THE F$CK?!!! please please consider this issue deeply before you allow your doctor or more scary - rabbi to stroke you newborns little pecker until its hard enough to pull away the foreskin and chop that sH@T off. WTF!!? how the hell can you rationalize/justify this most barbaric of rituals? we don't live in the desert where hygiene is an issue... there is absolutely no proof that men are less likely to get sick and die with their foreskin in tact. on the contrary - evolution shows us that for 100.000's of years all men survived at least long enough to pass on their genes with their foreskin on... its only in the last 10,000 years or so that some freak though tit would be cool to dis empower the males of society by removing something super sacred from them immediately upon arrival. nawadays its just another hospital procedure to add more money to the pockets of the establishment - i bet they charge around $1000 for that little surgery - and then they turn around and sell the foreskin! i'm over it - i forgive my parents for being brainwashed or just ignorant - but i really hope that if my words just stop one mom or dad from allowing their child to have this torture done them - then this little tirade will be well worth it. SAY NO TO CIRCUMCISION!!!

while we were down in Mississippi helping cleanup after hurricane KAtrina last spring i picked up two sayings, one was taught to me by a friend i did work for, Robbie. "Wundaful" was his expression for if the job was going smooth, rough. if he had a flat tire or if everything was great - it was always "wundaful" the second most popular words out of Robbies mouth were "do what now?" that means "come again?" or "i didn't hear you" or "i heard you but i don't understand what you are sayin" or "i heard you and i understand what you said but i don't get it"... so what i have to say to Christmas is "do what now?" i'm not one to attack others ways but come on now... why do you lie to your kids and tell them if they are not good they won;t get presents from a fat drunk in a red suit? only to find out of course he doesn't exist - but jesus does - and now you won't get any treasure in heaven from jesus if you aren't good... do a search on the internet for "zeitgeist" and watch the movie. it puts a lot of truth together coherently.... i don't want to be that guy who pops your bubble - but listen up ya'll its a lie! its not true - jesus didn't die for your sins. and you shouldn't kill others for theirs... the bible is the word of man manipulated by man to control man and if you are a man then maybe you'll scrape that shit out of your eyes and look at the truth for what it is - cold and painful though it may be. we are here to be joyful and free... and we're allowing a leadership to govern us into world war three while we all play video games and watch movies. use this freedom of speech while you still have it... maybe the internet won't be such a resource of knowledge in the near future. yeah - the truth hurts - your EGO - but the truth is freedom and LIGHT, LOVE, AND THE WAY. oh, i'm not saying there aren't some ancient teachings in the bible worth listening to - but be discerning people - think for yourself. unplug from the programmed illusion and plug into the heartline of MAMA GAIA - the earth which you are a itty bitty cell of - are you going to be a cancerous one, or one that plays the part of caretaker. brothers and sisters together we'll make it through.... because EVERYBODY"S FREE TO FEEL GOOD it feels good to be honest with yourself. look long and hard aat your life and your choices and what you think your purpose is. be willing to cut away anything you see that doesn't serve the greater good. embrace peace, joy, and grace -0 they are your birthrights - so is lavish abundance - the programs of the world tell you to be poor work hard, and die... i say be rich in LIFE AND LOVE work hard, play hard, live and love hard and die free in each moment - you'll never see another quite like it peace

have you heard of flesh eating bacterial infections that are spread through the hospitals? there is a plague spreading throughout our world - even in the cities of America - that is just now barely being acknowledged by the media. last year we went to San Diego and after swimming in the ocean, developed weeping infected sores. after weeks and months of thinking maybe they would just go away we successfully treated them with a combination of goldenseal powder and grapefruit seed extract. months later, i (Sol) developed a pimple on my lip that turned into a marble sized boil. i also got one on my inner thigh and one above my knee. realizing that my immune system was weakened by candidiasis (eating WAY to much junkfood) i started eating two tablespoonfuls of coconut oil a day and resumed the goldenseal topically and internally along with grapefruit seed extract internally in mega doses. all of this finally worked (after two weeks of facial disfigurement) and the symptoms subsided. what you need to know is that these totally natural remedies are natural antibiotics - nature provides many of them that help heal your body. what i've learned however, is that MRSA, or staff bacteria naturally live on the body and when you die they help in the decomposing process. if you don't take care of the body and fill it with dead foods, they think that you are dying (and you are) and begin assisting in the process... so after more than seven months of dealing with these symptoms and succesfully getting rid of them i went back to my old patterns of eating junkfood an guess what? yup - another mega-boil... this time on my wrist - i tried purging it (very very bad - DON"T SQUEEZE THEM!) which spread the infection internally to my hand, inner wrist, up my arm all the way to my armpit. again, i hoped that ignoring it would go away, but as you can tell, ignoring it only made it worse... then i got online and typed in swollen infection and found out that doctors are amputating limbs because of MRSA and decided i really needed to do something without going to the hospital. and now - for the miracle cure - TURMERIC! i clicked on the link below and found out that turmeric is a wonder plant that is used in curry spices. it is antibacterial, cleanses the blood, reduces inflammation (great for arthritis) and many people would benefit from eating it daily. so i started downing three teaspoonfuls in a shot of water everday - along with the goldenseal, grapefruitseed extract,and coconut oil. i also applied it topically with neem oil in a poultice. at first it didn't seem to work, but over time (about two weeks) the infection subsided, my swollen hand went back to normal, my lymph glands stopped throbbing. the mass was still on my wrist and purging the golfball sized pile of puss was grosser than gross. it is important to continue taking the turmeric for two weeks after the infection goes away (like antibiotics) to insure that the infection is really gone and not just in remission or hiding elsewhere. now i have been boil free for several month and this makes me very happy. i was raised eating meat and potatoes, Doritos(and other junk food), candy, ice cream, chili dogs, and sugar sugar sugar... i have been changing my diet over the past 10 years, but old patterns die hard and this MRSA battle is what i needed to realize i can't continue to poison myself and get away with it. my dad says i am the sickest health conscious person he knows... its funny that most people have to face death or extreme discomfort before they decide to make different choices in their health. oh here's an important bit of info... MRSA is resistant to acid based disinfectants(the kind used in hospitals) and so to kill it you need to wash your things with alkaline(base) cleansers... welcome home to pittsburgh - the steelers are stompin the ravens right now but i don't care... we are hoping to stay here until we can convert our recently acquired uhaul to a quality veggie oil vehicle with a home inside. either that or get a traler that we can lpull with the uahaul and keep it bare for a work truck. we're having troubles getting it titled - but hopefully we'll work it out. we just returned froma quick trip through south western virginia, east tennessee and western north carolina. our next road trip will be to the nyc area in early december.

yup - its a mystery i think is really worth figuring out - don't you if you think he was a white guy with longish hair, blue eyes and a beard think again if you think he was perfect think again if you think he never made love with the goddess incarnated as a woman think again if you think he died for your sins think again if you believe that the bible is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth think again feel again ask and it shall be given seek and you will findknock - and the door will be opened to you Love is the answer and the Key i feel that i am presently in communication with those whom have been referrred to as angels they give me insight, guidance, and wisdom they help me in my life and help others when i ask on their behalf i'm not special - i just learned how to ask because i wanted the truth i dropped out of society because i found out that it is based on falsehood i decided to go to the wilderness to fast and pray for truth after walking for three days through rain/sun/ cold/ warm and eating only random plants that crossed my path a bright eyed man elderly man in a beat up ecto 1 with chimeny sweep services advertised on the side picked me up and dropped me off at hidden valley road. after drying my wet clothes in the warming sun i walked down the road until i cam to a church with a woman weeding the yard at my request for a bottle to put water in she directed me to her house where her husband could grant my request. he filled me up a canteen with water and offered a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice which i glady accepted later on he drove up in the car and offered me a loaf of hoemade bread, two apples, dates, and nuts this was what i had been waiting for! part of my mission was to see if God truly would provide for me like the birds and the flowers that i had considered simply because i was alive - not because i had worked or done something to deserve it as natural as the sun rising on all of creation those who do evil still receive the suns daily blessing oh that i may be more like the sun!
