I met Mel when she was young and sweet and pure. (Obviously a long frakin' time ago) She was on one of her many phrenetic quests for an odor like the mewling of an addled weasel (I'm not sure about this, but it WAS a mammalian scent she sought. At least that's how I remember it...)

Anyways, she IS deadly serious about stinks...and geeks! And dancing, but only as a way to pay for her addiction to men of wit and dander.

Seriously, make time and oppurtunity to see her dance, she is extraordinary. And if she happens to make that noisy little bleet with her lips consider yourself lucky! By the way, she keeps a toad spirit locked in the trunk of her car...he's happy there, because he's always smilin'. (:|)

Mel is one of those rare, beautiful people you meet that has a very etherial air about her that transcends and infuses everything about and around her.
Both in her dancing, her personality and her presence, she is balanced, focused, strong, elegant and illuminated.

As a dancer, her exotic style is mesmerizing; she captivates the audience with her warmth, her graceful charm, precision and elegance. She leaves us spellbound; transported out of time into a realm of other-worldly, ancient rhythms and consciousness. She reminds me of a fairie or elven creature when she dances; allowing the observer a tempting peek into a supernatural realm of magic and eternal beauty that illuminates as far as the eyes can see.

As a teacher of bellydance; she is patient, kind and thorough yet still challanging. It is here in her teachings, her traits of balance, focus and physical & mental strengths become even more apparent. As a student, I have had the honor of training under her guidance and it has left a profound impression of dedication and devotion to this dance that will never leave me. She truly is an assest in so many ways to this ancient art of dance.

One of the most beautiful people I have ever had the pleasure to stay friends with for over half my life....actually I take that back, she is the most beautiful person I have ever had the pleasure to stay friend with for over half my life!

Wonderful dancer, great personality, witty, funny, talented...the list could go on and on....so I'll just say this....
