I had the pleasure of playing with some very fine musicians on the East coast when I was there many years ago, hope there will be some here. There doesn't seem to be very many musicians in the local SCA, which is very sad, but presents me with a challenge: to either find them or create some. until then I'll just have to keep playing on merchant's row at the events we do go to and hope they find me.

Lots of period 'flutes' available. I own a bunch of different size recorders that I'll play with anybody. Lots of bamboo varieties. Also do a search on the NEY. And I recommend the Dorku.com offerings also, very good.
