Just got back from a great weekend at Recompression yesterday. What an event. I went in 2004 and again this year. In addition to BM 2004 & 2006 this is my other favourite weekend EVER.

My Blog
I ventured out on Saturday to give away a bunch of free hugs. Aidan and I went to the Moss St. paint-in here in Victoria. To add a bit of spice I also wore one of my Spiderman costumes (surprise, surprise :) It was a hit. We got to hug everyone from little kids, to teenagers (some were too cool to hug so we shared a 'high-five'), to hot women, parents & granparents. Again... super fun. We hugged for a couple hours and added a lot of value to a great community event.

This whole crying with gratitude thing...it's happening every few days. It doesn't even take much. The other day I went for a run and felt a little less than positive for a few seconds. Then I looked around, realised that I live in a utopia of unlimited opportunity, have my physical & mental ability AND a great network of friends... read more
