It's all about being healthy and doing whatever it is we can to achieve this. We are at a great time of shift on Mother Earth and we need to be at our highest vibration possible to be able to transform. Cleanse the body at the cellular level to remove all the toxins and eat the freshest foods that we can and live a life of integrity and peace. Don't get caught up in drama and just observe life as it unfolds around you. Be grateful for that which we have and for those people in our lives and know that no one person is greater than another.

15 years ago while detailing cars my body contracted psoriasis. It was as a result of not wearing a mask while spraying toxic chemicals such as wheel acid, engine degreaser and tire dressing.
