Music Festivals every possible wknd!! We both did the volunteer-fest for free thing a few times this summer. It was nice to have her there, sometimes she worked w/me, which was cool! Off to MusicFest in Courtney, not this, but NEXT weekend! Getting the ALL IMPORTANT wardrobe together... taking the pirate pants, peasant dresses, flowy wide leg pants. Will take lotsa pix, I promise! And now for the reason I do festivals.... On the work front...(gotta pay to fill the cooler...) Moved my alterations biz outta the apartment & into Boutique 9, a local women's clothing store. Making more $ every week so far, I'm loaded with bridal season stuff, doing custom orders & everytime someone says they're looking for something "different" I pull out one of my designs & POOF! Away it goes! Dresses I couldn't unload @ $50- during last summer's sat. Mkt. are flying outta here for $110-! I was @ a loss as to what to charge for my stuff, but ... read more
