He carries a huge duffel bag that makes him seem like a serial killer, but he’s really sweet and it actually contains his mom’s coconut macaroon cookies and a great book on “The Religious Iconography of a Peruvian Shaman” stolen from the Tempe, AZ Public Library. We love you, Patrick!

A wise ass once said to me, "If you lose your sense of humor, then the shit just ain't funny anymore." Moments later he got his sense of humor shot off by a pissed-off Evangelist who was blind drunk on Sterno and mistook him for a cab driver. Much as I would have taken his advice to heart, I found myself gravitating back towards my old standby: "Stay low, and keep your knees loose." Time will tell if I chose wisely or not.
