So the Shakedown rocked! Us Billings gals (Raks Alimah) had a blast and were super excited to perform! Yeah for everyone who performed and for everyone who helped celebrate our MT dance community!

Raks Alimah Bellydance is proud to announce the Yellowstone Valley Bellydance Festival on August 16, 2008 in Billings, Montana! The show will be at Venture Theater in downtown Billings from 7-10pm.

So, I took Meg for a walk (which she thoroughly made the most of by marking everything along the way.) When we got to the Park she found multiple sticks and chewed them up and spit them out. We had such an awesome time dancing! We had newbies dancing, we had experienced dancers, and we had a great crowd! Everyone showed their personalities and made the show rock!

Our troupe performances went pretty good, overall. A few bumps along the way, but, hey, that's what this "tester" show was for...
