My personal problems the last few years were at root really about my feeling of anomie and a disconnection from my own spirit and the universe or God. I am not religious in the usual fashion, but I recently found my own personal connection with God or “All That Is”.

It helps our attitude to focus on what we want from life instead of what we don't want. It primes our mind to maintain a proactive attitude towards what we want and keep focused on that. By focusing on what we see as wrongs in our life we put our personal energies into just replicating more of the same negative events. Our lives mirror our thoughts and feelings, so best have constructive thoughts to mirror what we want in our lives.

When I was around 11 or 12 years old I used to practice poking holes in clouds. I can still do this today. Here is my method: I would look at the cloud and focus on it looking for what I call "dancing dots" of energy.
