When I was around 11 or 12 years old I used to practice poking holes in clouds. I can still do this today. Here is my method: I would look at the cloud and focus on it looking for what I call "dancing dots" of energy. After staring for a few seconds at the target cloud I would see the always present dancing dots, which are the energy patterns present everywhere. The energy dots can be manipulated to cause heating in the target cloud and thus cause it to dissipate where you are focusing on the energy dots. At one point in my practice of this I found I could make these energy dots form patterns and colors in the sky. It looked like a vortex of whirling colors in the sky. Has anyone else seen these dancing dots in the sky? Try staring at a cloud in the sky in daytime, do you see tiny dancing dots in the sky?
