I'm just folks. I work on me and do my best to not expect anything from other people, except for them to do what is right by them. Generally, I avoid negative people and try to not be one myself. This entails a good deal of reflection, generally manifesting as in-depth conversations with friends... which you are welcome to be, but for the most part I like to spend my time laughing and if you don't then kindly keep walking.

5 things I've learned from violence in film...
1. A NUT PUNCH IS NEVER DISABLING FOR MORE THAN PART OF THE SCENE:
No matter how bad it hurt, you should be able to recover in time to diffuse the bomb. If it takes longer, you are not the main character. Should this be the case, you are clearly a supporting character in your own life.

Most people don't seem to understand critical thinking. By and large, intelligent people are largely of the opinion that if a person is smart, that they are, perforce, logical.
I am amazed at how many intelligent people, who claim to have a pragmatic grasp on logic are not, in fact, logical in their insinuated assertion that intelligence and logic are synonymous.

I've been thinking a lot lately about what it means to be an "adult".
Can an adult read... and buy... comics? What about cartoons? Are cartoons off the menu when you become an adult? ... ... ... Sleeping in? What about daydreaming... or playing?
I've thought about these things and can't seem to piece together anything satisfactory. The positions that others would present are fairly easy to predict:

I'm not a huge fan of chain anything but I figure I can make an exception this time.
