Natasja commemoration concert

A commemoration concert for Natasja takes place at Pantomimeteatret in Tivoli, Copenhagen, Friday August 3rd at 20:00

Natasja (1974-2007) was the first non-Jamaican reggae/dancehall artist ever to win the Jamaican "Irie FM Big Break Contest". Natasja entered the competition in may 2006: 700 contestants, 12 finalists, and one winner!

Sadly, Natasja was killed in a car accident early Sunday June 24th 2007 in Jamaica, only 32 years old.

Aligators - not crocks!

now I know. New Orleans have aligators up to 15 feet - and no crocks. I have been told there is a great difference between the two speases! Went for an amazing two hours trip in the swamp!!! Try it!!! :D

And then I need to say - New Orleans, French Quater, is very much recomendable!!! And you need to drink a Hurrycaine at Bourbon street at least once. And do not forget to visit Decator Street and Frenchmen Street when you go there!

Now I'm in Dallas and we are about to get a thounder storm... Good for my sunburned shoulders! ;)

New Orleans / here I am

landing over the swamps was amazing! Figured there must be crocks down there - and there is!!! It is possible to get an airboat trip out! And then there is ghost and vampire tours around the city!!! :D Already went down and up Bourbon street - a bit like Amsterdam. And got the Hurrycane drink - went straight in the legs - ready for dancing :) And ofcause as soon as I saw a Dounkin Dounot (or how it is spelled) I got a glaced one and at Starbucks I got a chai latte and a lemon and poppy sead muffin - all impossible to get in Denmark! So I am a happy bunny :D

Thoughts...

...it's been "messy" out at Christiania these days. LOATS of fighting because some buildings are to be torn down because the project to "normalize" Christiania has begone :'( IT'S SOOOOO SAD that the Danish community does not have space for "abnormality"/anti streamline/human behaviour/reflextion/action/creativity :'(
