Ariellahs DVD has quite a bit of Yoga if I'm remembering right. You can do the short yoga warm up or the longer one which might be 30-45 minutes of yoga, much longer than any of Rachel's yoga warm-ups.

Check out the SCA Middle Eastern Dance tribe.

3-D! I don't think I would pay more for this feature. I have enough trouble with 3-D at the movie theater and even more on the smaller screen at home. My eyes can only take so much of it and then they get tired or I get a headache. I still like...

I have been looking at their tops and they haven't had anything available in months! A dancer I met recently had one and I tried it on, they are tiny! I'm about a medium or a 6-8 on top and the tops are supposed to be one size fits all.
