It’s raining today, in Edmonton, and has been since really early this morning. My being is calmed by the sound of the rain drops on the roof and eaves trough. I am awake listening…it is a time of receiving nourishment, of resting, of calm and quiet be-ing and of being received. My thoughts and goals are the seeds, germinating and sprouting forth…I am attentive to what they are…I receive the message in the rain.
