about me
I love to chat to others and hear other peoples views on the world and the issues surrounding human kind. I love all forms of dance and body movement. I am a university student involving myself in Aboriginal studies, Gender studies and Gender representation, majoring in Psychology and Criminology. I adore writting, READING and dabbling in issues that are controversial, interesting and unusual. The world is a large place and i would love to learn as much about it as possible. I am also a 12-12 Leo what ever that means i figure it means i have no rising sign and that i am a full Leo! (maybe)

Catherine millet!! Have you heard of her? I admire her though not because she was what some would call a 'tart' but because she expressed her self in many ways and was not drawn in to the norm. (blog entry) Catherine Millet was born in 1948 and grew up in France. Her parents were deeply religious and had a working class background. Being one of five children she felt she lacked adequate space and this feeling was enhanced by her mother not sharing a ... read more

I feel ungrateful.. I have a wonderful world...But sometimes.....N.I.N - Even Deeper (blog entry) I woke up today
To find myself in the other place
With a trail of my footprints
From where I ran away
It seems everything Ive heard
Just might be true
And you know me
(well you think you do)
Sometimes, I have everything-
Yet I wish I felt... read more

Lyrics from a man everybody loves to hate, but i adore his metaphors and relate to his words, i am dysfunctional but who isn't? (blog entry)
In space the stars are no nearer
They just glitter like a morgue
And I dreamed I was a spaceman
Burned like a moth in a flame
And our world was so fucking gone

But I'm not attached to you now
Nothing heals and nothing grows

Catherine Millet was born in 1948 and grew up in France. Her parents were deeply religious and had a working class background. Being one of five children she felt she lacked adequate space and this feeling was enhanced by her mother not sharing a bed with her father but instead choosing to sleep in Catherine’s bed. Catherine was sheltered from sexual knowledge and basic reproductive education to the point she was petrified when she menstruated for the first time. Despite the fact that she was... read more

The History of Valentine's Day

Every February, across the country, candy, flowers, and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all in the name of St. Valentine. But who is this mysterious saint and why do we celebrate this holiday? The history of Valentine's Day -- and its patron saint -- is shrouded in mystery. But we do know that February has long been a month of romance. St. Valentine's Day, as we know it today, contains vestiges of both Christian and ancient Roman tradition. So, who wa... read more

I woke up today
To find myself in the other place
With a trail of my footprints
From where I ran away
It seems everything Ive heard
Just might be true
And you know me
(well you think you do)
Sometimes, I have everything-
Yet I wish I felt something

Do you know how far this has gone?
Just how damaged have I become?
When I think I can overcome
It runs even deeper

In in a dream Im a different me
With a perfect you
We fit perfectly
And for once in my life I feel complete-

Burned like a moth in a flame
And our world was so fucking gone

But I'm not attached to you now
Nothing heals and nothing grows

Because it's a great big white world and we are drained of our colors
We used to love ourselves, we used to love another
All my stiches itch
My prescription's low, I wish you were queen just for today
In a world so white what else could I say?
