I just moved to Los Angeles from San Francisco. I'm not quite sure what to think about LA yet. I'm still figuring out how to get around and where is cool to hang out. I'm a bit of an artist, a bit of a nerd, like the outdoors... Why are there no parks in LA?! I sometimes do photography, paint, and a new one for me that I am pretty excited about is making kinetic art. In my free time I have been practicing judo. It's more about socal reasons and fittness but kicking ass is fun too.

Wow. Two places want me now. The other one is up in San Francisco. I would love to go up there because SF is so fun but the job might not work out to be too long lasting. The one down here should last at least a year. It would be an interesting one though. I would be designing the world's most sophistocated sex robots (that I am aware of) Oh well...

Two weeks ago I was laid off from the place that I was contracting at down here. It was a sweet job but that's the way things go. I have talked with a few companies already so that is good. I'm probably going to take a job with a company that does 'virtual sets'. They need someone who has the kind of background that I do. The pay is OK... not bad, not great. Still, to find a job again just two weeks after being laid off isn't bad.
