I am Mamma of three beautiful girls, 7, 3, and 1. I just caught the hooping bug, and made my first hoop. Right now, I have been practicing for about a week, and I am not so great.....hopefully I can get better at keeping the hoop around my waist instead of the ground!

I am a Doula, and I advocate for natural childbirth, homebirth, and breastfeeding. I run a babywearing group, and am a pretty "crunchy" AP parent. My little monkeys are pretty interested in Mamma's attempt at hooping, and are trying to join in as well!
