We all judge ourselves. This is our ego at work. We can disempower our self judgements by simply recognizing our energy being sucked out of us... as our thoughts permeate our beautiful bodies. Our bodies are a gift designed to communicate with us physically. Our bodies will tell us when we are judgmental of ourselves. Even when someone else judges us, it's not their words that may harm us but rather it's our ego creating an illusive truth from another's opinio... read more
