ABOUT ME: I am trice married and twice divorced. I chain smoke those nasty cigars everywhere but in my house, but I don't drink much more than an occasional margarita, and I don't smoke pot or use drugs. Most people can't handle my enthusiasm and energy when I'm SOBER. I laugh and cry and shout more than anyone I know, but I also LOVE quietly watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets with nobody but my tired old dog. I walk a lot, and think about everything too much. I wanna know everything and everybody and wanna figure out and solve everything or I'm frustrated. I am extremely realistic, full of ideas, but a terrible procrastinator and scared of risks...I hate wasting time and money...energy I have in abundance, though, and I spend it like a wife with a credit card without a spending limit. I have an almost psychic sensitivity for what others are about and are feeling, but generally people don't want others seeing into their hearts, so they throw up a facade. Most people find my energy and enthusiasm intimidating and irritating, and can only take me in small bursts. I'm a morning person who loves taking an afternoon nap and then staying up late. I'm an extremely passionate, curious, gregarious, textbook Type-A Active-Aggressive who never does anything slow except eat and make love. I'm always in a hurry, always looking for fun, always ready to make friends. I'm a gun-owning environmentalist and a pro-choice egalitarian who LOVES the racial diversity of the SF Bay Area. I'm an agnostic, socially liberal fiscal conservative closet Libertarian who is a registered Republican because I believe in two-party balance, and because I vote my wallet, and, most importantly, because I recognize the importance of voting at least as frequently as the religious fundamentalists I don't want running my party.
